We thoroughly analyse the location: orientation, regulations, existing conditions, resources. All of this ultimately shapes a unique project.

Development
We develop the project through sketches, models and visualisations in an iterative process. Every decision is made jointly, aiming to create a bespoke project that is as sustainable as possible.
IV.
Technical & Construction
We manage the construction, coordinating with contractors, resolving unforeseen issues and ensuring quality of execution. We integrate energy efficiency calculations, sustainability and BIM modelling from the earliest phases, leading to the intended result.
